Forza Badminton Shuttles

A shuttlecock is a finely balanced product. The quality depends partly on what the geese deliver. Earlier the shuttlecocks were weighed in English grains, and the weight was controlled by pressing a pellet or a small screw into the cork.

The rotation is regularly measured by an electronic beam to achieve an optimum flight. Every single AirForze shuttlecock is extensively controlled by machinery and by inspectors. The shuttlecocks are sorted out for flight, speed and durability.

The factory is ISO 9003 certified.
